Late arrival instructions to Check-in is available through the resort's lockbox. After hours being 5pm or later: Please follow the below instructions: 1. The lockbox is located to the left of the front door on the front office porch. 2. Please call our answering service at (530) 262-6301 or use the red phone to the left of the lockbox. 3. Enter the code provided by the answering service. 4. Locate the envelope with the last name corresponding with the reservation. 5. In this envelope, there will be resort information you will need for your stay and three unit keys. Please be advised the doors lock automatically behind you, a $100 fee will be assessed for lockout after hours. 6. Park your vehicle in your assigned spot, ONE CAR PER UNIT ONLY (parking spots correspond with your unit number.) 7. Please check in at the front desk the next morning.
Rules & Regulations - Pets are not permitted at the resort or in any unit or common area. Emotional support or comfort animals are considered pets, and are not permitted on resort property. A fee of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) may be charged by the resort for each night in violation of this policy. Failure to comply may also result in the owner, renter, or guest being required to vacate the resort with no refund. Please inquire at the front desk for local pet boarding options. The exclusion of pets does not prohibit service animals, which are trained to respond to the individual’s needs and perform work or a task directly related to the individual’s disability. Service animals must be maintained under control at all times. Fees are subject to change without prior notice.
The resort requires a mandatory nightly resort service fee of $31 per night, plus any applicable taxes paid directly to the resort. These fees are subject to change without prior notice.
Dear Valued Guests, We want to inform you that emergency construction on the roof of Unit #4 will be taking place Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily. Completion on June 8th. Please be aware that there will be construction noise during these hours. In addition, due to occupancy levels, we regret that we are unable to offer unit moves during this time. We understand how important your vacation time is and will do everything within our control to minimize the impact to your stay. Road work is ongoing through September, within a 12-mile stretch of highway from Tahoe City to Stateline. Please expect travel delays. The off-site construction notice: Work is Starting May 1st through September, broadband lines will be installed underground along State Route 28 from Tahoe City to Stateline. Work will be taking place around the clock, with one-lane, controlled traffic in both directions(excluding Friday evening- Sundays 6:00 pm and non-Holidays). Floor fans for white noise will be provided in each unit.
