WIVC 4 Seasons at Desert Breezes

CONFIRM YOUR ARRIVAL: Because this is a self-check-in resort, it is imperative that you check in at least 5 days before your
arrival with WIVC at 760-320-7321. You will be required to give a security deposit of $300 by way of a credit card. Upon receipt
of the security deposit, we will email to you the check-in instructions which will contain a one-time entry gate access code. If you
do not check in before your arrival, gate pass cards and door entry code will not be issued to you.

UPON DEPARTURE: Please remove all trash and dispose of it in the dumpster provided in the parking area. All towels can be left
on the bathroom floor and load all dirty dishes in the dishwasher. When you depart, please leave gate cards on the kitchen
counter, otherwise you will be assessed a $50 fee.
ACCEPTANCE OF LIABILITY: Owners and guests staying at 4 Seasons at Desert Breezes agree that if damages occur during their
stay, they will be responsible to pay for any and all repairs or replacements to said unit and its contents, including any damage
that may exceed the deposit. Units left excessively dirty or damage will be subject to additional housekeeping fees. This is a smokefree
complex. Smoking of any kind (including electronic cigarettes) is prohibited inside and outside the apartment.
A $300 fine will be imposed for violating the “no-pets” policy.
A $200 fine will be imposed for violating the “no-smoking in complex” policy.
