Resort overview
Located in Indian Wells and situated at the bottom of the Santa Rosa Mountains, Indian Wells Condoshare resort features accommodations for guests with privacy and relaxation. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation, this is the place for you. Located in a residential area, the resort features no onsite activities, although there are several attractions just minutes away. The Community offers three outdoor swimming pools that are surrounded in a cozy secluded mountain cove. All condominium units have air conditioning, a mini-kitchen with stove, oven, cooking equipment, a small refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, cable TV, DVD player and free Wi-Fi is available upon request. All units sleep a maximum of four people, children included. There is a queen-size bed in the bedroom and the sofa sleeper is the size of a queen. All linens are supplied. There's a patio or balcony with a barbecue. The kitchen is supplied with basics for cooking and additional items are available upon request. Laundry rooms available on site with coin-operated machines. Enjoy quiet walks or relax around the outdoor pools. The Resort has no planned activities, but minutes away are golf, tennis, and bike paths. The area offers shopping, dining, and entertainment. El Paseo is a mile-long boulevard located just minutes away in Palm Desert. Some of the other desert attractions guests can enjoy include The Living Desert Reserve (a botanical garden and wildlife park), the Palm Springs Aerial Tram, horseback riding, polo matches, and Las Vegas-style casinos. Indian Wells Condoshare
Service fee is paid to resort $25 USD. There is a $100 USD deposit on a Visa or Master Card. Rates may change with or without notice based on the discretion of the resort. IMPORTANT: Check-in office is not on resort property. Resort is located in a residential gated community. If arriving after check-in hours you must call in advance to obtain instruction & direction to the units. CHECK-IN: Friday 4PM to 8PM, Saturday 9AM to 12PM-noon. Closed Saturday afternoon and Sunday.
