Scenic and secluded, our one and two bedroom condominiums are near Lake DeSoto and within walking distance of the lakes marina. The two-bedroom units measure 1,450 square feet and include two bedrooms and two baths. There's a wood-burning fireplace, washer and dryer, full kitchen and large deck with barbecue grill. The one-bedroom, one bath units range from 771 to 868 square feet. There's a full kitchen, a gas log fireplace, and washer and dryer. There's a patio with furnishings, as well.
Close by, guests will find Hot Springs National Park, known as America's First Resort, this is the country's only urban national park and one of the South's top family vacation destinations. The city takes its name from the naturally hot thermal springs that are piped into bathhouses and hotels along the city's famed Bathhouse Row.
For thoroughbred racing at its best, visit Oaklawn Park, with a live meet that runs from late January to mid-April and a simulcast meet that is available all year. The live meet concludes with the Arkansas Derby, a $1 million stakes race that has produced four of the last six winners of the Triple Crown races. Hot Springs unique attractions, such as the Arkansas Alligator Farm and Petting Zoo, are part of the charm of this destination that has historically attracted the famous (Babe Ruth once attended spring training here) to the infamous (Al Capone).
