The holiday cottages at Moness Country Club in Aberfeldy, Scotland are located in Highland Perthshire. Based just a short walk from the village centre and a stones throw from the famous Birks of Aberfeldy, immortalised by Robert Burns. Aberfeldy is situated at a bend of the mighty River Tay and 5km downstream from Loch Tay. There is a fine selection of local shops and restaurants around the main square. Local attractions include Aberfeldy Water Mill and Dewar's World of Whisky at Aberfeldy Distillery.
There are ample opportunities for walking around the area, with golf available at a number of local courses and the fishing opportunities of Perthshire are world renowned. Loch Tay offers numerous watersports and the Crannog Centre. A car is essential to fully appreciate all this lovely part of Scotland has to offer.
Moness Country Club in Aberfeldy, Scotland is a Gold Crown Resort, all the holiday cottages have a spacious lounge, well-equipped kitchen and dining area. Set within 35 acres of woodland scenery the on-site hotel dates back from 1758, and is the oldest building in the village.
The on-site leisure complex contains the Resort Reception, the Farragon restaurant, a cafe/bistro and lounge bar. The leisure facilities include an indoor swimming pool, squash, steam room, solarium and snooker room. A children's club operates during school holidays. There is also a small hotel on the estate, overlooking the putting green. Please note charges are made for snooker and for the hire of sports equipment.
