Villa Suldag at Dalyan Delta Resort in Dalyan, Turkey is a luxuriously appointed, five bedroom, detached property to accommodate sixteen guests. This detached Villa is situated in beautiful landscaped gardens with a private heated outdoor swimming pool.

Accommodation: Ground Floor: Fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, kettle and toaster. Utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. Large lounge area with two seating areas: Raised lounge area with leather sofas and large feature stone fireplace. Lower lounge area with bed settees accommodating a further two guests, plasma, Satellite television, dvd player and a snooker table. Shower and wc.

First Floor: Double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and ensuite with jacuzzi bath. Double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and ensuite shower. Hallway with stone feature wall and stairs leading to second floor.

Second Floor: Twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and ensuite. Two four-bedded rooms with fitted wardrobes and ensuite.

The Villa is set in landscaped gardens at the foot of a mountain. The large private outdoor swimming pool also has a pool bar. Outside in the private gardens there is a tree house and a traditional kirsk, traditional stone barbecue and poolside shower. A hammock is available for lazy afternoons in the shade.

Villa Suldag at Dalyan Delta Resort in Maras, near Dalyan, Turkey is a fabulous private Villa, a fantastic base from which to explore the Dalyan Delta Conservation Area, the Dalyan River and Koygeiz Lake as well as the Itzuzu Beach, which is more famously known as "Turtle Beach". Here the protected loggerhaed turtles lay their eggs year after year, a sight to behold. Villa Suldag is a fantastic base from which to explore this lovely area of Turkey.

The Villa is located only a five minute stroll from the riverside at Dalyan, in a quiet rural community. There are a few other villas around but these are interspersed by small holdings and local houses, so it is very quiet with a real sense of security. The surrounding fields are of pomegranate and citrus orchards as well as grazing with the stunning backdrop of the mountains. If you want peace and quiet but with the option for good food and entertainment close by then Villa Suldag fits the bill. The local park offers a running track, a play area for children and outdoor gym.

Dalyan itself has a very traditional feel with its riverside location overlooked by the Lycian tombs. There are many wonderful restaurants providing a wide range of dishes, as well as a great number of bars to suit all tastes. Dalyan is a relaxing getaway and quite different from the usual beach side resort holiday. The famous Turtle beach is fantastic and can be reached easily from Dalyan via a water taxi or by road (car/minibus). The beach has the usual beds and umbrellas available and there are restaurants and a beach bar on offer.
