The holiday resort complex of villas and apartments was meticulously designed to be built in planned stages to assure highest standards and to take into account the delicate surroundings and proximity to the sea.

There are always friendly, professional English and Russian speaking employees on hand to answer any questions and available to assist in any emergency.
Within the boundaries of the complex of Villas and Apartments are 7 swimming pools and 3 children's pools, a Spa centre with Turkish Hamam. The highly trained staff maintain the hygiene and cleanliness of these areas meticulously, regularly checking, monitoring and documenting the required PH levels.
The Sunset Beach Club holiday resort of villas and apartments is walking distance to the shops and Markets. The center of Calis town is 10 minutes walking distance. You can find lots of bars, restaurants and Cafes on Calis Center.
If you would like to go to Fethiye Town, you can take a minibus in front of the complex and go to the town in 15 minutes
