Mandatory Utility surcharge is 500 local currency. Cash or Credit is accepted. Fees charged for some utilities. Complimentary mid-week cleaning services are provided. Consumption of alcohol not allowed in public areas. Resort cannot honour unit upgrades or moves. Open area pools are mixed gender. All pools –turkish hamam-steam rooms are separate gender scheduled use. Every Monday the women's spa area and every Tuesday the men's spa area is closed for several hours for cleaning. The mixed thermal pool is closed for several hours on Wednesdays for cleaning. Outdoor pool will be closed from October 15, Annually to June 1, Annually. Aquapark is open between 10:30 -12:00 am and 15:00-17:00 pm. Balcony heights in this resort are lower than normal, extra care should be taken. No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy.
