Kindly note that the resort Share block has gone totally cashless and therefore will not accept cash going forward. All room charges can be paid by Credit/Debit cards at reception. There is signage at the gate and reception to confirm this arrangement.

“Matric Rage” is expected to return to their usual numbers and location. This year’s peak week for such will fall in week 48 (28 November to 5 December).

Please take note of several important behavioural considerations are to be observed. These include:
• Noise disturbance in rooms: Please keep noise levels down. Be mindful of guests in neighbouring
Chalets. Complaints of excessive noise from other Resort guests are investigated and will be addressed by
Resort Management.
• Substance Abuse: Please be reminded that underage drinking and possession/consumption of
recreational drugs is illegal including cannabis and as such will constitute a contravention of conditions of
residency.
• Smoking: The resort is strictly a Non-Smoking Resort. Hubbly Bubbly’s (hookah/shisha), Vapes
and e-Cigarettes are also not permitted. Should anyone be caught transgressing this house rule, a fee of
R1000, will be charged to deodorize the chalet as the initial implication. Further action by management will
occur should the first occurrence recur.
• Damage to Resort Property/Vandalism: Wilful damage to the property is unacceptable and any
damage will be charged out at replacement cost.
