Bordering the upper reaches of the Crocodile River near Lydenberg and only two and a half hours drive from Johannesburg, this resort offers something special. 

Beautiful stone and thatch crofts offer wholesome country relaxation. Outdoor enthusiasts will find the property, with its 42km network of hiking trails, rich tree and birdlife, stone ruins dating back to the Iron Age and trout dams and river, absolutely irresistible. The resort specialises in trout fishing and provides a peaceful, quiet and relaxing holiday. The crofts represent the ultimate in thoughtful design, fitment and furnishing.  All modern amenities are provided in the 23 crofts and every croft has braai facilities, either on the spacious verandas or in a tree enveloped lapa.  The open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen are furnished in warm sleeper wood, designer fabrics, original art works and a Danish woodburning stove. Each croft is different and individually planned.
