1 BEDROOM (1b/2) - Strictly 2 people regardless of age.

Any guest wanting beds pushed together in the 2nd Bedroom, must arrange this at least a day before arrival.
Although our Late shift Housekeepers are on duty to ensure our guests are comfortable, we will not move mattresses or re-make beds during the late shift. 

Families wanting Chalets moved together, must arrange this at least a day before arrival.
Sanbonani has always been more of a quiet nature loving Resort. Please note, Sanbonani has a Zero Tolerance to noise policy and Boom Boxes will be confiscated and returned to their owners when checking out.

Our Chalets and all buildings on our Resort, are Smoke Free Zones -  this includes the use of a Hubbly Bubbly and / or Hookah Shisha.

Check in time is anytime after 15H00.  Check-out before 09H00 - Late Checkouts can be arranged with the timeshare office at R250-00 per half hour or part thereof.

Although the resort have several generators, they are used primarily to service the Central Complex, Electric Fencing, Resort Pathway lights and the Security Main Gate. The resort does NOT have generators servicing the Chalets neither does the resort have Gas Stoves in the Chalets. There is an Emergency light installed in each Chalet and in addition, candles are provided in each Chalet.  Guests are welcome to bring along an additional lamp or two from home to ensure they have enough light in the Chalet during loadshedding.

Please take note that the resort will no longer be offering a Sunday Housekeeping service in its timeshare units. A full Sunday housekeeping service will however be made available upon request (at check-in) at a cost of R250.

Kindly note that all guests checking in at Sanbonani will be required to complete the back of the Resort Indemnity and provide their ID numbers, accompanied by some form of Identification.
