You're not only close to the town, but you're also conveniently placed to experience all the action from cosmopolitan Durban to the Wild Coast. Better pack your dancing shoes!
Excellent local attractions include the sensational T C Robertson Nature Reserve, with its amazing birdlife, buck and monkeys, and Vernon Crookes Game Reserve's glorious patchwork of rolling coastal grasslands, forest, thornbush and wetlands and an array of game animals, including zebra, blue duiker and the black-backed jackal (try pronouncing that after a sundowner or two). Watch living dinosaurs feed without shedding a tear at Croc World. Sport lovers are in for a real treat too, with scuba diving along the Aliwal Shoal, deep-sea, rock and surf fishing, hiking, tennis and 4 world-class golf courses all on the menu. Talking of menus, there are great restaurants in town where you can enjoy delicious local cuisine.
