The Blue Marlin Hotel overlooks the beautiful golden sands of Scottburgh beach; a sun-kissed stretch of paradise that offers an unforgettable holiday experience. Ideally located, you'll have easy access to everything from spectacular rugged coastline to verdant rainforest and sub-tropical hinterland teeming with wildlife.

The Accommodation at Blue Marlin features 122 modern rooms, which are equipped with selected DSTV channels, coffee and tea facilities, ceiling fans as well as daily cleaning. Accommodation is comfortable and many make use of the Spa after a day in the salt and sun. Then there's the outdoor swimming pool. Relax by the crystal-clear water with your favourite author, a cold drink and something delicious from the restaurant. Perfect. If you'd prefer something with fewer calories, try a couple of sets in the games room where table tennis, pool and darts are offered.

There is plenty to do in the area, including four golf courses and a trip to Oribi Gorge Nature Reserve is s pure delight. This stunning landscape is home to a diverse range of rare flora and fauna, as well as ancient rock art and engravings. Well worth a visit. Crow World offers the opportunity to see crocodiles up close, without fear of being their next meal. It's a fascinating glimpse into the secret world of these living dinosaurs. Surfing's a favourite pastime and, if you love your coffee, you'll love a trip to Beaver Creek Coffee Estate. It's the most southerly coffee farm in the world and probably the freshest brew you'll ever taste.
