Sandy Place is located in St Lucia along the main road or McKenzie Street, on the far northern KwaZulu-Natal coast, making it the perfect getaway.
The comfortable, fully self-catering accommodation provides a comfortable and peaceful base from which to explore St Lucia. Relax by the cool swimming pool or go for a guided hike or nature walk where the views are incredible. There is also a trampoline, games room and jungle gym for the kiddies. A pool table, table tennis and Playstations with games are available. We also have a toddlers room for the really little ones to lay back and watch a movie, socialise or do some colouring.
Activities in the area include horse riding, seasonal whale watching and turtle tours, kayaking, cruises on the estuary, deep sea fishing, a big cat rehab centre close to Hluhluwe and elephant interaction about an hour's drive away. The Hluhluwe iMfolozi Game Reserve is also an experience not to be missed. Lions, elephants and rhino - both black and white - abound in this beautiful game reserve. The majority of shops and a variety of restaurants are within walking distance of the resort. St Lucia is a breathtaking patchwork of different environments, creating a place of beauty and wonder so that, from wetlands and savannah to spectacular coastline, the area has it all.
