Situated in the heart of the breathtakingly beautiful Garden Route are these free standing residential home-chalets on The Island, in Sedgefield. 

These holiday home-chalets are comfortable, spacious and the kitchens are well-equipped. You will have your own private swimming pool, garden and braai facilities. A stay in Garden Route Villas is like being in your own holiday home. It is ideal for a fun filled, activity packed family holiday or an easy going, peaceful getaway. This location makes it the perfect base from which to explore the Garden Route’s many treasures. 

Garden Route Villas guests check in at Baywater Village where they will be redirected to Garden Route Villas. All guests are welcome to use all the facilities/activities they provide. This includes a café, kiosk, bar and activities like paddle boats, canoeing, mini golf, tennis, speedboat tubing and many more. Although our Baywater Village offers everything your heart may desire, a short distance in either direction will prove to be a great experience. This area has many treasures to offer: magnificent trails, beaches, lakes, or ferry trips on the Knysna Lagoon. There is fishing, locally brewed beers, excellent restaurants, craft centres, museums and art galleries. For the more adventurous type there is abseiling, canoeing, horse riding, four-wheeling through the forest and lots of hidden gems that will amaze you. All this within 50 kilometres of the resort in either direction.
