The Sea Palace is situated in the heart of downtown Philipsburg, the capital of the Dutch side of the island of Sint Maarten, a jewel in the glittering Caribbean. 

Featuring studio, one- and two-bedroom units to comfortably accommodate couples, families and larger groups, The Sea Palace is a distinctive address. Every unit is beautifully outfitted with stainless steel, high efficiency appliances, stunning stone tile, private glass-railed balconies and many other details guaranteed to make you feel at home in the Caribbean. The resort has three types of units: studio, one bedroom and two bedroom. Waterfront beach chairs and towels are complimentary to all guests and we offer 24/7 on-site security. The resort has eight stories and is brightly painted, making it a permanent landmark!

Conveniently located within walking distance to the islands best duty-free shops, great restaurants, beach bars, and casinos. A very good bus or taxi service from Philipsburg can get you off to the French side or to one of the 36 beautiful beaches that the island has to offer.
