The luxurious holiday cottages at The Kenmore Club in Perthshire, Scotland are recently built in the traditional manner around a gentle landscaped square within the secluded, old walled garden of the historic Taymouth Castle. Each cottage and house whatever its size, is furnished and equipped to the highest standards, as might be expected from homes which have been built and equipped with no expense spared. All the impeccably furnished cottages feature fully appointed kitchens and large living room. The Kenmore Club is the home away from home you've always longed for, the charming cottage-style accommodations are in keeping with the local environment, making you feel completely at home. There is an on-site leisure centre with a large heated pool, sauna and solarium, guests can also enjoy a meal in the loch side restaurant. Guests can try fishing, watersports, golf or simply explore one of the pretty villages scattered around this spectacularly beautiful region. The lovely holiday cottages The Kenmore Club in Scotland are situated in the Heart of the Highlands, on the banks of Loch Tay. Situated in this most picturesque of Scottish villages, street lighting is somewhat frowned upon here as they prefer the light of the stars. Kenmore is dominated by the calming waters of Loch Tay. Just across the way you will find Scotland's oldest inn, with a chimney breast inscribed by the hand of Robbie Burns himself. Perthshire has some of the most dramatic scenery in the whole of the United Kingdom, let alone Scotland. When you visit this part of the world you cannot help but fall in love with the Highlands, whether you adore walking around lochs, up through the heather clad Trossachs or prefer to stroll from fairway to fairway in the birthplace of golf. In Perthshire, you're never too far away from a dram and there are a number of independent distilleries in the area where you can see the drink being made. Edinburgh, the magnificent and engaging capital, is around eighty miles away. Regional highlights include Aberfeldy, Scone Castle, Taymouth Castle, Edinburgh and Dewar's World of Whisky.

Mandatory Security deposit is 100 Euros. Only Credit Cards accepted. 

At check in please provide your confirmation letter, picture identification and/or passport as required. Minimum age check-in is 18. In accordance with the Statute of Children and Adolescents, it is prohibited to arrive with children or adolescents to hotels without the parent’s authorization or supervision: It is required to present an identity document or birth certificate upon check in.

Pets are not allowed. However, if an owner uses their own week, it is allowed to take a dog.

Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities/utilities.

Electricity charged as follows up to the end of March:
1BD Cottages: £9 per night
2BD Cottage £14 per night
3BD Cottage £15 per night 
The cost for owners is metered.

Please note that the Waterfront Restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. It will be closed for holiday 13th March - 28th March. Reopens on 29th March 3pm.

Hen and stag party bookings will not be accepted. The resort applies this policy strictly.

Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.

Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.

Special mobility accommodations are subject to availability. Please contact us at AccessRequirementsEU@hgv.com if you have any special accessibility requirements you want to request.

Please note due to weather conditions, when driving to the resort from the South the satellite navigation will attempt to redirect you away from the A822, advising you to turn left and pass through Glen Quaich. Please avoid this route.

The resort operates an ongoing improvement programme so refurbishments may be taking place throughout the year. While the resort endeavours to keep noise and disruption to a minimum, there may be some disturbance to our guests. For information in relation to works which may be happening during your holiday, please contact the Resort directly.
