    • Members who do an exchange using their weeks/points will be metered for their electricity usage. The meter will be checked prior to check in and upon check out to calculate the usage. The only exception is if you book a unit beginning with RENT the fees are different and depend on the month booked.
    • Minimum age check-in is 18.
    • Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.

    • Please note due to weather conditions, when driving to the resort from the south the Sattelite Navigation will attempt to redirect you away from the A822, advising you to turn left and pass through Glen Quaich. Please avoid this route.
