Accommodation: A small hall leads to a lounge with leather settee and single chair. The dining area has a dining table and seating for four, with a lovely south facing window. The property is centrally heated and the new kitchen (2013) is fully equipped with modern appliances. The double bedroom with double bed and a large walk-in wardrobe, the second bedroom has a single bed and wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower over the bath, basin and w.c. Outside: The Cottage has a small front garden with views of the hills. To the side of the property is a paved area with parking, to the rear is a seating area, drying area and a lovely view of the Callander Crags. Dogs allowed by prior agreement with the owner: They must not be allowed on the furniture or left unattended in the property. Annfield Cottage in Scotland is located just a two minute walk from the centre of Callander, with a lovely selection of shops and restaurants. Callander and The Trossachs are a perfect location for outdoor activities including walking, biking, canoeing, horse riding, sailing, golf and fishing. To see ancient monuments such as castles, country houses, palaces and priories, historic battle sites, magnificent highland scenery, lochs, rivers, forests, or just searching for a peaceful spot, then Callander is the ideal location form which to find them all. As a centre for walking at all levels of ability Callander is unsurpassed, offering many easy woodland, forest and loch side walks, as well as a range of peaks within easy reach including a number of Munros. Many of these walks start at Callander, while others are only a short distance away and can be reached by bus or car. Annfield Cottage makes an ideal base from which to explore this lovely area of Scotland.
