Resort overview
Situated close to The Hub of Aviemore, Scandinavian Village has all conveniences of the village within a 10-minute walk, including pubs, restaurants, a grocery store, and even the town's train station. The resort's villas can accommodate up to six people and the apartments and Cairngorm Suite can accommodate up to four people, with great views of the Cairngorms National Park. Winter sports such as skiing, snowboarding, and ice climbing are close by, and hiking and golf are popular in the summer. Scandinavian Village is located in Aviemore, a village in the 1,700+ square mile Cairngorms National Park, an area of outstanding natural beauty in the rugged Highlands of Scotland. The area offers just about anything the vacationer would want, from skiing, snowboarding, and ice climbing in the winter to golf, fishing, rock climbing, and rafting in the summer. There's something of interest for all ages, including a year round program of festivals and events. And, it's all enhanced by the majesty of the surrounding mountains.

- All units are accessed by a key box beside their front door. To access guests will need to provide resort with a mobile number, which they will text a 4 digit code to. There is no access to Reception or the communal lounge . They are available to contact by telephone.No access to the site before 5PM
- Animals are permitted. Guests must contact the resort prior to check-in for restrictions. Please be aware only 2 pets are allowed at the resort per unit with a charge of £35 GBP per pet. This is payable at the end of your stay with the electricity charges.
- Asking for extra amenities would require a fee.
- Bookings must be for 7, 14, or 21 nights and a Saturday arrival. Incorrect bookings will be canceled. During the Festive Season, check-in is always on the 23rd of December.
- Electricity charges apply. Meter readings are taken digitally at the beginning and end of the stay. Guests will be sent a bill at the end of their stay with a link to make payment online or pay over the phone.
- Fees charged for some utilities.
