The Resort comprises 50 Scandinavian style chalets on a single level offering two bedrooms, bathroom, open plan living room, kitchen and glazed conservatory with dining room. The accommodation sleeps six with a double bedroom, Small 2nd bedroom with single bed and pull out bed, family bathroom, sitting room, kitchen and conservatory with dining area. Linen and towels are provided. Dogs are welcome at the Resort, maximum of two per unit. There is a charge of £75 per dog. On site facilities include a fully heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room and solarium and WiFi is available in the Ckub House only. Outdoor facilities include tennis courts and trout fishing in season. Not all lodges have flat or easy access. Please notify us at the time of booking of any mobility issues. Macdonald Lochanhully Woodland Club is a nature lover’s paradise set in a peaceful birch wood between the mighty Cairngorm Mountains and the temperate coast of the Moray Firth. It is a small, secluded Resort with its own trout lake (‘lochan’), and is situated close to the Osprey Centre at Loch Garten RSPB Reserve. Local attractions include Landmark Adventure Park, Strathspey Steam Railway & the Highland Wildlife Park & Folk Museum. Also nearby is Loch Garten with its unique hide where you can watch the famous Osprey pair raise their young each spring. A little further away are the Cairngorm ski slopes, Culloden Battlefield, Loch Ness and the sandy beaches at Nairn and Findhorn. In addition the Highland Whisky Trail starts almost on your doorstep. With forest trails, nature walks and the simple beauty of the surrounding countryside, Lochanhully provides a peaceful retreat. A car is essential to fully explore all this lovely area of north east Scotland has to offer guests.

Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort. Utilities are metered and the fee charge is 0.40 pence per unit plus a 2 GBP standing charge payable on departure. Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities. WI-FI fee is 15 GBP. Cash or Credit is accepted. Please be aware there's no daily room service. For reservations of 7 nights or less, there is an additional charge for a mid-week clean and/or a change of towels. Please contact Resort for more details and prices. Please be aware that the 2 bedroom lodges are quite small and the second bedroom now has a small double bed. It has only 1 bathroom and not 2 as stated in the directory. Pets Welcome at a charge of £75 per booking with a maximum of 2 dogs per unit. All dogs must be registered at reception and kept on a lead throughout the resort. You will need to show a current health certificate/Pet Passport confirming that your pet has been vaccinated within the last 12 months Unfortunately, the food and Beveridge facility at the Macdonald Lochanhully Resort has been closed until further notice.
