3 bedroom designer villa in Bom Sucesso - sleeps 8. This is a brand new luxury 3 bedroom villa with private pool and garden. Located right next to the Obidos Lagoon in the heart of the exclusive Bom Sucesso area, this excellent villa is only a few minutes away from the beaches of Bom Sucesso and Foz do Arelho. The villa is fully furnished and equipped. The large living/dining area is fully equipped, including LCD TV, DVD Player and stereo, a sofa bed, and a lovely fireplace. The kitchen is also fully equipped. There are three bedrooms, two with 2 single beds each, and one master bedroom with a large double bed. Both rooms on the top floor have en-suite bathrooms and there is a third bathroom next to the remaining bedroom.The villa has its own private swimming pool with chairs and sun loungers and also a private garden area. It is the perfect location for a truly relaxing luxury vacation. The Óbidos Lagoon is one of the most beautiful spots in the western Portuguese Coast, and constitutes a fragile ecosystem, where diverse species find their privileged habitat. Several aquatic and migratory birds can be observed here, yet the bivalve mollusc constitute some of the most important species in the territory. The lagoon has a considerable extension, and is perfect for watersports, such as sailing, windsurf or rowing, among many others. Just 15 minutes away from the lagoon is Peniche, a busy fishing village with excellent seafood restaurants. Within 25 minutes’ drive is the town of Caldas da Rainha, famous for its pottery. It has a daily market, supermarkets, fashion shops, museums and modern hospital. Interestingly, Europe's first hospital was built in Caldas da Rainha! The fortified town of Óbidos, encircled with its ancient 45ft walls, is a joy to explore and offers year round cultural events. Not far away are three Unesco World Heritage sites: the monasteries of Batalha and Alcobaça, and the town of Sintra to the south. Golf enthusiasts will no doubt know, that this beautiful lagoon is also center placed within the newly formed 'Golden Triangle', comprising three newly constructed five-star golf resorts. A car is essential for this area.
