But the Cid family of León Ricárdez goes much further and comes to harmoniously combine several factors, such as good taste, appreciation of beauty, the pleasure of serving and sharing, in addition to excellence in personalized attention. Many visitors come to Oaxaca again and again during July for the Guelaguetza festivities, there the warp-shaped goldsmith adorns the Cerro del Fortín. In November, they visit the lavish temples and their illuminated pantheons. They pay tribute to the candor and wisdom of the indigenous tradition that honors their ancestors on the feasts of All Saints and the Faithful Departed. Oaxaca also has moments of solitude. In May and June, Oaxaca dresses its streets with flowers. Even cars circulate slowly to savor in all their splendor the beauty of flamboyans and jacaranda trees.
