Minimum occupancy is 3 Adults (ages 13+) for 2BR units. You may still book a 2BR unit for fewer than 3 adults, but you will be charged for at least 3 adult all-inclusive fees regardless of the age of travelers occupying the unit.
As of January 15, 2023 smoking is not allowed on patios, terraces, balconies, hotels, beaches, entertainment centers, restaurants, and bars among other spaces in the public sector per Mexico's General Law on Tobacco Control. The new regulation extends smoke-free environments to all places considered to be highly attended, including outdoors, and prohibits the direct or indirect display of related products. Palladium Resort will be designating specific areas in each of our properties, which must be physically separated from the rest and at least ten meters away from the place of congregation where services, such as food and beverages, are provided.
