Villaggio African Beach Resort in the Puglia region of Italy consists of 155 bungalows surrounded by greenery and only 100 meters from the sea. All apartments have their own entrance, bathroom with shower, air conditioning, television, large veranda with table and chairs.
On site facilities include a Reception, Entertainment, Swimming Pool, Restaurant, Free Wi-Fi in public areas & restaurant, Bar, Free Covered Parking. The Resort particularly specialises in entertainment for small children (0-6 yrs) and is part of the famous international club 0-6 yrs.
The heart of the Resort is a wide beach of fine golden sand.
This is equipped with the characteristic pagoda umbrellas and is equipped with deckchairs, beach volleyball court, snack bar, cafeteria, restaurant and pizzeria. During the day, the clear sea and a constant breeze create the ideal conditions for practicing watersports, including sailing, windsurfing and canoeing. At night the beach comes alive with shows and competitions of beach volleyball.
Villaggio African Beach in Italy is located between Barletta and Manfredonia on the Adriatic Sea in the Puglia region.
The nearby towns of Peschici and Vieste are worth seeing both for their historic interest and shops. There are many fishing villages in the area and boat excursions to explore the grottos. The coastline here is very flat with long stretches of sandy beaches and the sea is very clear.
