Located in the highest part of Portoselvaggio Torre Inserraglio touristic complex, the Holiday Resort overlooks the Ionian coast from Gallipoli to Porto Cesareo. Opened in June 2006, the "Portoselvaggio" is composed of 107 units of varying types and sizes, from an elegant reception with lobby and TV lounge, bar, breakfast room, swimming pool with Jacuzzi and solarium, Wellness Centre, large green areas and amphitheatre. Wild Harbour represents one of the most picturesque areas of Salento, by virtue of its huge park and the beautiful bays, besides the famous fortified farms, features buildings dating back to the medieval period. Besides the Park of Portoselvaggio covers an area of considerable landscape interest, known as Captain Marsh. It is a body of water, where seawater and fresh water and cold currents of water table, created probably due to the collapse of an ancient cave. Don't miss the Grotta del Cavallo, whose first urban settlements date back about 35 million years ago, and then from there you can visit Gallipoli with the vibrant nightlife, Lecce with its Baroque, Santa Maria di Leuca and many other countries.
