A bright and airy 2 Room property. The unit has 1 bedroom with it's own entrance to the veranda, a sleeping den, 1 bathroom, and living room with a fold out settee bed. The kitchen area has all the utensils and equipment needed for a self catering holiday with a suitable dining area, cosy nook and TV den along with it's own veranda The apartment is on the 2nd floor. There is no wheelchair access and no lift. There are 3 flights of around 8 or 9 steps up to the apartment. Located in north-western Sardinia, the Province of Sassari overlooks the Sardinian Sea and borders with the Provinces of Oristano and Nuoro to its south, as well as by the Province of Olbia-Tempio in the east. The province comprises of 66 communes, including some of the most beautiful touristic resorts: Castelsardo, Alghero and Stintino, in addition to the Island of Asinara and Valledoria. Valledoria is hidden along Sardinia's northern coast and situated in the middle of the valley of the Coghinas River. Beautifully surrounding by gentle hills and the Gulf of Asinara. An excellent position to easily reach the most famous surrounding destinations including Castelsardo, Mimosa Bay, Isola Rossa and Costa Paradiso. If you decide to head east, you will arrive in no time at the Maddalena Archipelago and the Emerald Coast.
