Resort overview

Perle Venetian is a set of apartments located in the centre of Venice.  These self contained apartments were designed to help guests feel that they are really residing in Venice, and not just tourists for a few hours. Venetian pearls allows you to stay a few minutes from St. Mark's Square and from the Rialto bridge or take a water taxi to visit the islands of Murano, Burano or Torcello. Also in the nearby Lido di Venezia you can swim, play golf or tennis.

Venice is an open-air museum, rich in culture, art and tradition. The gondolas, the Rialto Bridge, the splendid Piazza San Marco, are just a short distance from the apartments. You also have the possibility to visit the beautiful islands of Murano, Burano and Torcello by taking a vaporetto or excursion. There are also tnati handicraft shops where you can buy the fantastic glass creations of Burano. And don't forget to try the Venetian culinary specialties!

IMPORTANT: On 8 and 9 June 2024 the Access Contribution will be in force in Venice; therefore, for those two days, whoever uses the apartment will be subject to payment, as they are not owners of the timeshare shift in question.

Check-in is from 15.00 to 18.00 at the IMMOBLIARE DEVELOPMENT office in Santa Croce 915, Venice. 
IT IS NECESSARY that the member should contact the residence by email a few days before, to agree on how to deliver the keys.
The visitors of the higher age of 14 years paid a fee for the entrance fee of € 5 on the following dates: 25-30. April 1-5, 11-12, 18-19, 25-26, 8-9, 15-16, 22-23, 29-30 and 6-7, 13-14. Questa tassa non può essere pagata in loco e DEVE essere pagata in anticipo su https://cda.veneziaunica.it/it.
