Compulsory charge of €88 per unit per week applicable.

Refundable deposit of €300 required.

Touristic Tax payable to the Resort.
Visitors over 14 years are required to pay an additional entry tax of €5 for the following dates: April 25-30, May 1-5, 11-12, 18-19, 25-26, June 8-9, 15-16 , 22-23, 29-30, and July 6-7, 13-14. This tax cannot be paid at the resort, and it MUST be pre-paid at https://cda.veneziaunica.it/en.The mandatory local tax is 5 euros. Only credit cards accepted.  Confirmed members in Fenice, 1, 2 or 3 units MUST contact Eurohouse at +390414583903/+39 3273577222 or email eurohousesrl@gmail.com to make an appointment for key collection.  Smeraldo is a one bedroom apartment with a double bed, a double sofa bed and bunk beds.  Amethyst 1 and 2 and Amerent1 and Amerent2 are studios with double bed and sofa bed suitable for two adults and a child.
Topazio and Topazior are small two-room apartments with double bed and sofa bed suitable only for 2 adults and 1 child.
Rubino is a studio apartment with a double bed and a single bed, not suitable for 4 adults; Only 2 adults and 2 children are recommended.
Confirmations made less than five days in advance will NOT be honored. It is mandatory to call the resort at least five days prior to check-in to arrange key collection and provide a credit card for the mandatory cost of utilities. Guests arriving unannounced cannot check in. If confirmed in the Amethyst, Doge, Ruby, Emerald or Topaz units it is necessary to contact I Gioielli del Doge tel.041/5289034 or send email to info@igioiellideldoge.it
