I Gioielli del Doge consists of several apartments, fully furnished and well equipped, located in different areas of the famous city of Venice (the address refers to the office where it is checked-in, not unit booked). Guests will have the opportunity to visit the lesser known areas of the city walking through the streets, the best way to appreciate Venice. The many places of interest are: the Grand Canal, Piazza San Marco and the Lido. It is located in the Venetian Lagoon which stretches along the shoreline between the mouths of the Po and the Piave Rivers. There is an additional entry tax of €5 for all visitors over 14 years for certain dates of the year. April 25-30, May 1-5, 11-12, 18-19, 25-26. June 8-9, 15-16, 22-23, 29-30. July 6-7, 13-14. A mandatory charge of €88 per unit per week applies.
A security deposit of €300 is required.
Visitors over the age of 14 are required to pay an additional entrance fee of €5 for the following dates: April 25-30, May 1-5, 11-12, 18-19, 25-26, 8-9 June, 15-16, 22-23, 29-30 and 6-7, 13-14 July.  This fee cannot be paid at the resort and MUST be prepaid at https://cda.veneziaunica.it/en.
 
The mandatory local tax is 5 euros. Only credit cards accepted.  Confirmed members in Fenice, 1, 2 or 3 units MUST contact Eurohouse at +390414583903/+39 3273577222 or email eurohousesrl@gmail.com to make an appointment for key collection.  Smeraldo is a one bedroom apartment with a double bed, a double sofa bed and bunk beds.  Amethyst 1 and 2 and Amerent1 and Amerent2 are studios with double bed and sofa bed suitable for two adults and a child.
Topazio and Topazior are small two-room apartments with double bed and sofa bed suitable only for 2 adults and 1 child.Rubino is a studio apartment with a double bed and a single bed, not suitable for 4 adults; Only 2 adults and 2 children are recommended.
Confirmations made less than five days in advance will NOT be honored. It is mandatory to call the resort at least five days prior to check-in to arrange key collection and provide a credit card for the mandatory cost of utilities. Guests arriving unannounced cannot check in.
