The residence is located in a panoramic position in Maso Corto 2,011 m above sea level and it is surrounded by majestic mountains. The central location means that there is no need to use a car for the entire duration of your stay. The restaurants, bars, ski school and other services are all on the doorstep. In two minutes you can reach the ski lifts, ski school and the valley station of the cable car and 6min trip to the slopes glacier at an altitude of 3,212 m. 42 km of groomed slopes and a unique landscape are waiting for you! Relax after a day of skiing in our swimming pool with saunas and other spa services. The Top Residence Kurz, located in the upper Val Senales, South Tyrol, offers the possibility to ski all year round. The lifts are accessible from the residence and summer glacier skiing nearby, which can be reached by cable car from the village. Summer activities include fishing, tennis and horse riding and tours to nearby attractions, including the Archeopark, the beautiful and the spa town of Merano-Bolzano The apartments are traditionally and comfortably furnished each having a small kitchenette with sink and hot plates. The ski area and the Schnalstal glacier has great snow conditions from from October until May and even summer skiing on the glacier. The area is ideal for lovers of all winter sports from skiing and snowboarding to tabogganing , snow shoe excursions In the summer it is a perfect area for mountain biking and hiking or or locally using the climbing wall at the farm or the Adventure Park Marchegg above Lake Vernago with its breathtaking Gorge. For a different day we also recommend a visit to the Archeopark in Madonna di Senales, alternatively the Archaeology Museum in Bolzano where you can see ' Ötzi ', the mummy of Similuan.A few kilometres from the Residence you can visit the picturesque historic spa town of Merano, famous for its magnificent Trauttmannsdorff Castle botanical gardens.
