This mandatory half-board hotel is located at the beginning of the village of San Martino di Castrozza, a few meters from the city center and also from the ski lifts. The Hotel is located in the heart of the Dolomites overlooking the "Pale di San Martino", a famous mountain range. The hotel has 45 rooms and 13 two-bedroom apartments and is located 200 m from the centre of town and 500 m from the ski lift, in a quiet and sunny location at the foot of the Pale di San Martino.

The green valley of Primiero (650-750 m above sea level), the station of San Martino di Castrozza high altitude (1450 m above sea level) and the pass Passo Rolle (1980 m above sea level) are the most eastern part of Trentino, within the Dolomites where the peaks reach great heights and forms the most spectacular of landscapes.
The circuit of the Dolomiti Superski (464 to 1180 km of ski slopes) offers skiers many slopes of varying difficulty that stretch up to 2,357 m and are shared within the unique natural scenery. The ski area of San Martino di Castrozza and Passo Rolle offers 60 km of pistes, served by 23 lifts within a unique natural scenery. The artificial snow guarantees the opportunity to ski at any time of the season.

Mandatory half-board is 55.00 to 60.00 Euros, per adult, per night, for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted. From 0 to 2 years free, from 3 to 11 €38. Breakfast, dinner (drinks not included), tea with local desserts.Single occupancy will incur a 20% surcharge for half board. If you book a 4-person studio, but your travel party is only 2 people, the resort will place you in a 2-person hotel unit. Otherwise, you will be charged half board for at least 3 people staying in the studio. You MUST notify the property of your DATE AND TIME of arrival in advance, as well as HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE IN YOUR TRAVEL PARTY AT LEAST 15 DAYS BEFORE your arrival. You will not be able to check in if you do not follow these instructions. Half board rates are based on a 7-night stay. You MUST notify the resort well in advance if you intend to stay less than 7 nights, otherwise you will be charged for the entire week's stay. For reservations between February 5th and March 12th and between July 9th and August 28th, guests MUST PRE-PAY 50% of the half-board rates at least 10 days before the scheduled check-in date.
