The residence is located in the pedestrian village of Sauze di Cesana, 3 km from Sestriere. It offers apartments and chalets divided into studios, two-rooms, three-rooms and quadriloca, furnished in rustic style. It is an ideal luoo to spend a holiday in the high mountains both in winter and summer. The reception is located in the building that overlooks the square of Grangesises Sestriere. The residence is not recommended for people with limited walking skills.

Sestriere is only 3 km away and offers services and activities for every season. 
In Summer, excursions with alpine guides, trekking and meeting points to enjoy the landscape and the hospitality of the area.
In Winter It is a paradise for ski lovers; The Milky Way is an international ski area with more than 200 slopes, all connected to skis, for a linear extension of over 400 Km in large part covered by artificial snow.
