The residence is part of the complex known as "LA Grand Ourse" and is placed in front of the Matterhorn which is about 1.5 km from the town of Cervinia. The town of Cervinia is full of shops, bars and restaurants where you can enjoy typical specialties from Aosta Valley. The village centre is connected by a shuttle bus service for a fee. The residence is equipped with a storage room for skis and boots. Reception is open daily from 9.00 to 12.00 and from 15.30 to 19.30 only guest request can not be accommodated outside these times. The Residence is located in the ski resort of Cielo Alto and is connected to the larger network including lifts with a stretch of about 300 metres off-piste. 300 m from the residence is a shopping centre with shops, bars, restaurants, ski rental. This paradise for skiers, with over 300 km of slopes in winter, and the possibility of linking Zermatt, Switzerland and Valtournenche and Cervinia is what makes this one of the largest skiable domains in Europe. For those romantic evenings, there is ice skating on natural ice rink, in the centre of Cervinia, or if you feel more active, cross country skiing is aslo available. In the town of Cervinia there are many amenities including a doctor's surgery , trauma center , taxi, garage for car repairs and car rental. Located 9 km from Cervinia is a sports center with swimming pool, gym and sauna and about 30 km from Cervinia lies the spa town of Saint Vincent, where the headquarters of the largest casino in Europe and the famous Baths of Saint Vincent.
