Closure of services: "The outdoor swimming pool will be closed from September 15th of each year to June 1st of each year."
Mandatory fees: the mandatory security deposit is 150 euros. Cash or credit accepted.
Mandatory fees: the mandatory tourist tax per person per day is 2.00 euros. Cash or credit accepted. The rate is applicable only for the first three nights. Children under 12 years old are free.

  • Compulsory club card per unit per week. "Unit signed by an * are mansards, the ceiling is low and inclined. Air conditioning is not working in the following units 7/A* ,7/B* ,7/C1,7/D1,7/C,7/D,10/44,10/45*,10/46*. Heating is available starting from the 15th of October onwards.
  • In preparation for your upcoming trip check for any vaccine and/or testing requirements, travel restrictions, policies, or mandates related to Covid-19 to and from your destination. Resources available online include, but are not limited to, government, airline, and your host resort’s website.
  • Mandatory club card cost applies year-round (not only from June to September).
  • No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy.
  • No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
  • Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.

  • Reception from 1st of October until 31st of March: Monday to Friday 8-14/15-20; Saturday 8-22; Sunday 8-13/16-20. Reception from the 1st of April until the 30th of September: Monday to Friday 8-21; Saturday 8-22; Sunday 8-13/16-20. Check-in day Saturday, no check-in allowed after 22.
  • Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties.
  • Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
  • Smoking is not allowed in units.
  • Wifi only available at reception. Swimming caps are needed to use the swimming pool.
