Villaggio Maresì is located 300 metres from Follonica Beach.
With a view of the garden, the classic-style apartments at Villaggio Maresì feature a kitchenette, a dining area, a flat-screen satellite TV and a private bathroom with a courtesy set.
The brickwork terraced houses are around 40 sqm and are divided into two-room and three-room apartments which can host up to a maximum of six people.
They all have independent entry, an external veranda equipped with table and chairs and private parking.
The beach is easily reachable through a walking route.
You can choose between the free beach and the private equipped beach: in any case the fine sand and the crystalline water of the Gulf of Follonica will immediately catch your eye. The sight will extend from the promontory of Piombino to the Island of Elba and Punta Ala.
Your children can play serenely or bathe and you will always keep quiet because you know that the sea bottom is low, with warm water and without streams.
Thanks to the quality of its sea water, to the coast’s services and the safety measures of the homonymous gulf, Follonica has been awarded with the Blue Flag.
The houses are all furnished with TV, air conditioning, crockery, linen and Courtesy telephone line.
The most popular towns near Follonica are the beautiful medieval town of Massa Marittima (20 km away) which, in addition to the wonderful medieval palaces, with the famous Girifalco Crossbow event every year in May and August attracts millions of tourists throughout the year.
Punta ala (19 Km): One of our most beautiful seaside resorts with Castiglione della Pescaia and Follonica boasts crystal clear water that is considered among the most beautiful in Tuscany and winner of the Blue flag.
Among the most practised sporting activities in Punta Ala there is Golf, an activity promoted also by receptive structures of the area, precisely because it is considered an excellent activity and request.
Castiglione della Pescaia (23 Km): It has become famous not only for its beautiful harbour but also for its tourist attractions such as the Rocca di Castiglione, which rises at a height of 540 metres, which is the perfect setting for the whole promontory.
Populonia and Baratti (29 Km): Populonia, an ancient Etruscan town born on the sea, situated on a hill surrounded by the sea, preserves the medieval walls built for the defense by pirates. Famous is its fortress from whose summit dominates an exceptional panorama of the Tuscan archipelago.
Suvereto (26 Km): Ancient medieval village, built between the XI and the XIV century, rich in history and culture, but also of festivals and folklore events.
