Resort overview
The Sorano Thermal Springs Residence consists of 40 housing units: 30 apartments, 4 of which represent the historical core of the residence, and 10 of which were built around the parish church and hot spring. Each of the units includes a large porch and garden (ground floor), covered balconies (some with sunbaking area) on the first floor, with wooden outdoor furniture. Guests can select different arrangements depending on their individual needs. The apartments and villas include well-equipped kitchens, a bathroom for each bedroom, ventilated rooms, independent heating, satellite TV, a large terrace and a sunbathing area with wooden outdoor furniture. Linen is included in the price, however final cleans are charged separately. The resort has a pool with naturally heated spring water at a temperature of 37.5 degrees C.with a secial children's area. The Hotel restaurant serves traditional local dishes to bring out the best of seasonal products. The dishes, tasty and light, are prepared with fresh local seasonal produce, the recipes are traditional for a selection that completely respects our Maremman heritage. The Maremma Park overlooks the Tyrrhenian Sea and the Park of the Tuscan Archipelago, extends for 25 km with a chain of hills descending toward the sea with sandy beaches and cliffs, surrounded by marshes, pine woods, cultivated fields and pastures. In land there are waterfalls, hot springs and unbelievably beautiful hill top villages and towns to explore.

Residence Terme Di Sorano
The apartments are meant for 2 adults and two children, it is not possible to accomodate 2 adults. Club card compulsory €30 per person includes: entrance to the spa pool with water at 36°, use of deckchairs and beach umbrella in the solarium with reserved station , use of the thermal swimming pool "historical" called "bath dei frati" is located in the relaxing area of woodland.
