Furnishings & decorations: Furnished to a very high standard and approved by the Irish Tourist Board with a 3 star rating. All modern conveniences, including a dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, cooker, hob, coffee maker, steamer, toaster, kettle and fridge. Beautiful mountain and general countryside views, with partial sea views from the property. Outside living areas: Sliding glass doors lead to a private patio with outdoor table and chairs. Beyond this is a well kept private garden. There is also a car parking space at the front of the Cottage. Property Location: Annie's Cottage in County Kerry, Ireland near the village of Sneem is a charming, private rural property. The nearest beach is only a five minute drive, the mountains a three minute drive where you can walk along the famous Kerry Way, with fantastic views of the sea and Kenmare Bay. The location of the Cottage is ideal for touring West Cork, Dingle and Killarney. Distance from town: Sneem village is 7km away, with a supermarket, butchers, chemist, doctor, bars, restaurants, golf course, sandy beach, Diving School, Watersports and Equestrian Centre. A National Park, Ring Fort, the famous Kerry Way, rock fishing and boat fishing are all available nearby. Area activities: Perfect for relaxing, or any of the activities listed above. Annie's Cottage makes an excellent base for touring this lovely part of Ireland, a car being essential.

Annie's Cottage
Utility charge per week is €35 which is to be paid on arrival. This covers water, electricity & gas. If you would like to use the oil central heating this is €50 per week but is optional. As this is controlled by the owner you will need to notify them befor your arrival so they can arrange this for you.
