Sun room/dining room leading to a lovely patio and private garden. Hallway with stairs leading to the two bedrooms, both with sloping ceilings and gable windows, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Shower and separate toilet.
Furnishings & decorations: Furnished to a very high standard and approved by the Irish Tourist Board with a 3 star rating. All modern conveniences, including a dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, cooker, hob, coffee maker, steamer, toaster, kettle and fridge.
Beautiful mountain and general countryside views, with partial sea views from the property.
Outside living areas: Sliding glass doors lead to a private patio with outdoor table and chairs. Beyond this is a well kept private garden. There is also a car parking space at the front of the Cottage.

The nearest beach is only a five minute drive, the mountains a three minute drive where you can walk along the famous Kerry Way, with fantastic views of the sea and Kenmare Bay. The location of the Cottage is ideal for touring West Cork, Dingle and Killarney.
Distance from town: Sneem village is 7km away, with a supermarket, butchers, chemist, doctor, bars, restaurants, golf course, sandy beach, Diving School, Watersports and Equestrian Centre. A National Park, Ring Fort, the famous Kerry Way, rock fishing and boat fishing are all available nearby.
Area activities: Perfect for relaxing, or any of the activities listed above. Annie's Cottage makes an excellent base for touring this lovely part of Ireland, a car being essential.
