Lovely cottage in a well maintained development just 200m from a beautiful sandy beach. This is the perfect place for a relaxing family break. Property is maintained to a high standard. It includes a flat screen TV and access to Sky (all channels except Movies and Sport). Also includes everything you will need for self catering. Local hotel (just a 300m walk away) has bar and restaurant, life entertainment and kids activities. In high season (Jul/Aug) your rental includes free access to the hotel pool for up to two adults and three children. If there are more in your group, the others can pay a daily fee. The fee is 40 euros to use the leisure facilities of the hotel. Youghal (just 5 minutes drive) has a wide selection of shops, restaurants and several take-away options.
