  • ALL RCI guests (incl. kids) must present a Government-approved Photo ID (Aadhar Card/Driving License/Voter ID Card/Passport) at check-in. A 10% Discount is provided on Food & Soft Beverages for RCI members. WiFi not available.
  • Guest Certificate Policy: Guest certs must be processed no later than 48 hours prior to arrival; failing to do so will result in the guest being charged daily room rent. For early arrivals, units are allotted ONLY if available.
  • In preparation for your upcoming trip check for any vaccine and/or testing requirements, travel restrictions, policies, or mandates related to Covid-19 to and from your destination. Resources available online include, but are not limited to, government, airline, and your host resort’s website.
  • Mandatory Sterling Access fee of INR 7700 inclusive of taxes per unit payable directly to Sterling at the time of check-in at the resort irrespective of the duration of stay
  • Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
  • Pets are not permitted at the resort.

  • Prior to travel, please call / check the resort website together with relevant local government websites for advice that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
  • Studio / Hotel units which have a maximum occupancy of more than 02 will not have any privacy.
  • There is an additional charge for Extra Beds: For adults (anyone more than 12 years old): Rs.1000 + GST (per night). For children: Rs.750 + GST (per night) Every 2 children under 12 years of age will be considered as 1 adult. Hotel units are suitable for 2 adults and 1 child (under 5 years of age).
