Meal plan charges; Breakfast per day Rs 450 + 5% GST for Adult and for Child below 12 year Rs 300 + 5% GST. Lunch or Dinner per day Rs 750 + 5% GST for Adult and Child below 12 Year Rs 500 + 5% GST. below 5-year child complimentary

Utility fee to be paid one week prior to the check-in. Resort will contact the member and provide bank account details to transfer fee. ‘Utility fee to be paid for entire week regardless of duration of stay. One bedroom unit suitable for 2 Adults + 2 Children or 4 Adults. Studio unit suitable for 2 Adults + 1 Child below age of 12.

Studio / Hotel units which have a maximum occupancy of more than 02 will not have privacy.

Pets are not permitted at the resort.

1.Mandatory Security deposit is INR 2500.00 Cash or Credit is accepted.
2.Mandatory Utility surcharge is INR 10500.00 for a studio unit per week. Cash or Credit is accepted. Tax extra applicable on the utility charges. 
3.Mandatory Utility surcharge is INR 14000/- for a 1BR per week.  Tax extra applicable on the utility charges. 
 
*Mandatory Goods and Service Tax is 18 %. Cash or Credit is accepted. Payable at the resort.

Member must pay the utility charges 1 week prior. Utility fee MUST be paid one week prior to arrival, failure to do so will result in cancellation.
