  • Guest certificate is required if the primary RCI members are not checking in. It must be purchased from RCI greater than 48 hours prior to the official check in time. If this policy is not followed, the guest will be charged the daily room rate.
  • Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
  • Pets are not permitted at the resort.
  • Prior to travel, please call / check the resort website together with relevant local government websites for advice that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
  • Studio / Hotel units which have a maximum occupancy of more than 02 will not have privacy.
  • The Kanha National Park is closed beginning July 1 through October 15, and it is recommended you check with the local government tourism agency regarding the dates. Wi-fi is not available in guest rooms.
  • There is an additional charge for Extra Beds: For adults (anyone more than 12 years old): Rs.1000 + GST (per night). For children: Rs.750 + GST (per night) Every 2 children under 12 years of age will be considered as 1 adult. Hotel units are suitable for 2 adults and 1 child (under 5 years of age).
