• • A government issued PHOTO id is required at check-in.
  • A Visa may be required. Determine requirements prior to your visit.
  • For ALL RCI guests (including children), it is mandatory to present a Government-approved & valid Photo ID (Aadhar Card/Driving License/Voter ID Card/Passport) at the time of check-in at the resort. A 10% Discount (as a special member privilege) is given to RCI members for Food & Soft Beverages.
  • Guest Certificates must be processed at least 48 hrs prior to arrival. Utility Fee is applicable on a full week basis, regardless of the duration of stay. Wi-Fi available on a chargeable basis. The topography of the resort is uneven and has many steps. Currently at Yercaud there is weekend loc
  • In preparation for your upcoming trip check for any vaccine and/or testing requirements, travel restrictions, policies, or mandates related to Covid-19 to and from your destination. Resources available online include, but are not limited to, government, airline, and your host resort’s website.
  • Mandatory Sterling Access fee of INR 7700 inclusive of taxes per unit payable directly to Sterling at the time of check-in at the resort irrespective of the duration of stay The members travelling to Yercaud should wear the mask and should carry their 2 dose vaccination completed certificate.
  • No kitchen in the Hotel units. Toaster & hairdryer provided on request. Extra Bed charges: Adults (Over 12 yrs old): Rs.1000 + GST (per night). Children: Rs.750 + GST (per night). Every 2 children under 12 yrs old will be considered as 1 adult. Hotel units are suitable for 2 adults and 1 child under
  • Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
  • Pets are not permitted at the resort.

  • Studio / Hotel units which have a maximum occupancy of more than 02 will not have privacy.
