  • Early check-in is only offered if your guest room is ready for occupancy. The Utility fee is required for the full week, regardless of the duration of your stay. Wi-Fi is available for a fee.
  • Extra Bed charges: Adult ( Above 12 Years ) : Rs.1000 +GST { per night } Kid : Rs.750 + GST { per night } Every 2 children below 12 years will be considered as 1 adult. Hotel unit suitable for 2 adults and a kid less than 5 years of age
  • Fees for some utilities, including gas & electricity charged by the resort, may vary based on the duration of stay, time of year, room size, and/or actual usage during your stay, and are subject to change. These fees are not included in the total booking price & are payable directly to the resort.
  • Guest certificate is required if the primary RCI members are not checking in. It must be purchased from RCI greater than 48 hours prior to the official check in time. If this policy is not followed, the guest will be charged the daily room rate.
  • Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
  • Pets are not permitted at the resort.

  • Studio / Hotel units which have a maximum occupancy of more than 02 will not have privacy.
