  • All RCI guests, including children, must present their Government-approved & valid Photo ID (Aadhar Card/Driving License/Passport) at the time of check-in at the resort.
  • Children under five will be complimentary unless an additional bed in the same room is required. Hotel units are best suited for two adults and one child under the age of five.
  • Fees for some utilities, including gas & electricity charged by the resort, may vary based on the duration of stay, time of year, room size, and/or actual usage during your stay, and are subject to change. These fees are not included in the total booking price & are payable directly to the resort.
  • Guest certificate is required if the primary RCI members are not checking in. It must be purchased from RCI greater than 48 hours prior to the official check in time. If this policy is not followed, the guest will be charged the daily room rate.
  • Hotel units that have a maximum occupancy of more than two guests will not offer unit privacy.
