Resort Fees: Extra bed/cot fee is 750 to 1000 local currency for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted.Extra Bed charges Adults above 12yrs Rs.1000 + GST & Children below 12Yrs Rs.750 + GST per night.

Mandatory Fees: Mandatory Sterling Access Fee is 7700 local currency, per room, per stay,  for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted.

Mandatory Fees: Mandatory utility surcharge fee is 1650.00 local currency, per week, per room,  for Hotel units. Only Credit Cards accepted.The Utility Fee is required for the full week, even if guests stay less than 7 nights.

  • Fees for some utilities, including gas & electricity charged by the resort, may vary based on the duration of stay, time of year, room size, and/or actual usage during your stay, and are subject to change. These fees are not included in the total booking price & are payable directly to the resort.
  • For ALL RCI guests (including children) it is mandatory to present a Government-approved valid Photo ID (Aadhar Card/Driving License/Voter ID Card/Passport) at the time of check-in. A 10% Discount is given to RCI members on food and soft drinks as a special member privilege.
  • Guest certificate is required if the primary RCI members are not checking in. It must be purchased from RCI greater than 48 hours prior to the official check in time. If this policy is not followed, the guest will be charged the daily room rate.
  • Hotel and Studio units with a maximum occupancy of more than 2 will not have privacy.
  • Hotel units are suitable for two adults or two adults and one child. It is not ideal for two adults and two children.
  • Minimum age check-in is 18.
  • Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
  • Pets are not permitted at the resort.
  • Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience.
  • The utility fee is applicable as per RCI confirmation, regardless of the duration of stay
