Mountain Club is a heritage property that is now renovated to accommodate all the latest luxuries, while still retaining its traditional old world charm. The refurbished blocks are beautifully paneled in wood on the outside, enabling the architecture to merge with the dense forested environment. The resort offers a choice of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments. All units are furnished with a sofa bed, and partial kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, a stove with four burners. All units have television with satellite connections and telephones.
The resort also has a beautiful tree-top restaurant and an open bonfire area, which combines with the tranquil atmosphere. Here, the stillness is broken only by the call of one of the 350 species of birds or bark of a deer or the roar of a leopard. Mountain Club is, therefore, a preferred getaway for those who wish to exult in the lap of nature.
The area is extremely rich in Himalayan wildlife and the various birds of the high altitudes. The view of the Bhimtal is famous for its beautiful lake, serene beauty and picturesque mountains.
