Resort overview
The resort is part of a complex known as Birdland Resort/Greenfield Hotel, comprising a hotel, residential and holiday apartments, and an 18-hole championship golf course. Relax at the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, or play a few rounds of tennis. The spa facilities at the adjacent hotel are available for a fee and green fees are discounted at the golf course. At mealtime, enjoy a drink at the bar/cocktail lounge before dining at the on-site restaurant. Located in a beautiful area of western Hungary, near the Austrian border and the Alps, Bukfurdo is famous for its thermal water Spa, where the healing spring waters are rich in calcium, magnesium and fluorine. Today the 32-acre spa complex includes 32 pools as well as wellness and leisure facilities. Further afield, discover other famous spa towns such as Sarvar and Heviz, or Lake Balaton, the largest lake in Central Europe. Also, Sopron, Budapest, and Vienna are just a drive away.
