Cannes Marina Apartment in Mandelieu, Cannes is a fabulous, fully equipped, top floor property of a luxury nine floor apartment block. This one bedroom Apartment to accommodate four guests has a private balcony with panoramic views of the Bay of Cannes. 

Accommodation: Lounge/dining area with television, dvd, cd and vcr player with balcony and patio furniture. Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster and iron. Bedroom with double bed, dressing table, drawer space, bedside tables and sliding doors to the private balcony. A small fold down single bed is stored neatly in the corner of the bedroom, together with a fold down bed conveniently hidden as a wall unit in the living room. Bathroom with bath/shower, bidet, toilet and cupboard storage. The building has a key entry ground floor with lift to all floors.

On site facilities include a shared outdoor swimming pool set amidst picturesque gardens and parking.

Cannes Marina Apartment in Mandelieu, France is ideally located only a short distance from of a large supermarket, which provides fresh vegetables, meat, fish and a bakery. It also has a delicatessen with excellent cooked meals to take away. The surrounding precinct provides clothing, jewellery, newspapers, cafes and superb bakers. There is also the main centre of Mandelieu, with restaurants, small bars and numerous small shops to explore and La Napoule similarly quaint on the sea front, with a variety of restaurants and Marina.

Mandelieu is a suburb of Cannes, one of the larger towns on the Cote d'Azur, which has numerous restaurants, bars. boutiques and perfume shops. If you wish to tour, places to visit are numerous and include St. Tropez, Nice, Monte Carlo, Grasse, the picturesque mountains and unspoilt villages. Ski resorts in the winter, are a couple of hours away, or a drive into Italy with the border being just over an hours drive.
