Fully equipped kitchen with electric range cooker with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, island and a selection of crockery, glassware and utensils. There is also a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, sink, ironing board and iron. Four bedrooms, bedroom 1 with super king-size bed, bedroom 2 with king-size bed, bedroom 3 with king-size bed and bedroom 4 with four single beds. There is a ground floor bathroom with shower, basin and WC, first floor family bathroom with shower, separate roll-top bath, basin and WC, ensuite bathroom to bedroom 1 with shower, basin and WC, and WC and basin to bedroom 4. On-site facilities include a one acre garden and patio area with table and chairs, sun canopy and hammock, BBQ and a large, fully-lit private courtyard ideal for alfresco dining. There is on-street parking outside the house.
